You have decided to sell. The estate agent is coming to take the photographs, and you start looking at your home differently: the full cupboards, the garage that became a storeroom, the room that does not show well. This is not a cleanliness problem — it is a legibility problem.
Why clutter shows up in photographs
A buyer walking through your home is not looking at your belongings: they are trying to picture their own. When every surface is occupied, that becomes hard work, and the room looks smaller than it is. Clearing the volumes gives the property back the square metres it already has.
How we go about it
1. A walk-through, room by room
We go round together and identify what has to go, what needs to be stored out of shot, and what can stay because it brings the space to life. Every decision remains yours.
2. Sorting, at your own pace
We work zone by zone, starting with the rooms buyers look at most: the entrance, the living room, the kitchen, the main bedroom. Whatever you do not keep is sorted into clear categories — to give away, to resell, to recycle, and only as a last resort to throw away.
3. Staging, kept sober
No decoration bought for the occasion: we bring out what you already own, free up the circulation, and put away the personal effects that get in the way of a buyer projecting themselves.
4. A head start on your move
Everything sorted now will not be packed, transported or unpacked later. This is the one moment when decluttering does double duty.
What we do not do
We do not value your property, we do not market it and we do not stand in for your estate agent: we prepare the home so that they can do their job in the best possible conditions.
In practice
Most homes can be prepared in one to two days, depending on the floor area and how much there is to sort. A first video call (€70, deducted if you go ahead) is enough to set out the plan and estimate the time needed, without you having to travel.
